Subscription and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Tactical Safety & Security LLC

Tactical Safety & Security LLC offers certain digital safety resources through recurring subscription plans.

Subscription Billing

Subscription products are billed at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout. Our current Monthly Toolbox Talk Pack is offered at $19 per month, unless a different price or promotional offer is expressly disclosed.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

How to Cancel

Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the subscription management link provided in their account or subscription emails, or by contacting lmckee@tacticalsafetyandsecurity.com.

To avoid another recurring charge, customers should submit cancellation requests before their next scheduled billing date.

After Cancellation

Cancellation stops future recurring charges once processed. It does not automatically refund payments already collected.

Customers retain access to materials already purchased and downloaded, subject to the applicable product license. Access to future subscription deliveries ends upon cancellation.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
