At Tactical Safety & Security LLC, we strive to provide high-quality safety resources, professional consulting services, and excellent customer service.
Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable toolbox talks, safety templates, training resources, checklists, and other electronic materials, are generally nonrefundable once delivered or accessed.
If a digital product is defective, incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement, correction, or refund where warranted.
Subscription Products
Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time before their next renewal to prevent future charges, subject to the cancellation procedures disclosed at purchase.
Cancellation does not automatically refund payments already processed. Access to previously purchased materials and any remaining subscription benefits will be governed by the subscription terms disclosed at checkout.
Refund requests will be reviewed individually, subject to applicable law.
Consulting and Professional Services
For consulting services, written safety program reviews, safety assessments, and other professional services, cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the agreed scope of work, scheduled service dates, and work already performed.
Deposits and advance payments will be handled according to the applicable service agreement and governing law. Any unearned amounts will be refunded when required by the agreement or applicable law.
Physical Merchandise
For eligible physical merchandise, customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and returned with applicable packaging and documentation.
Before returning an item, customers must contact us for authorization and instructions. Return shipping responsibilities and any product-specific exceptions will be communicated before the return is authorized.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and any applicable manufacturer or supplier requirements.
